“Charles Wesley Festival”
This fall, the Society for Wesleyan Studies is pleased to host a “Charles Wesley Festival” to mark Charles Wesley’s 300th birthday. The Rev. Dr. S T Kimbrough Jr., will present his renowned musical drama, “Sweet Singer,” on Sunday evening as prelude to the seminar and discussions on Monday. Dr. S T Kimbrough, is a world renowned musician, international scholar and teacher, and author of many books to include A Heart to Praise My God and Charles Wesley: Poet and Theologian. Monday Registration and Fellowship at 9 AM, Seminar begins at 9:30 AM
Cost: $50 for both Sunday and Monday, to include Sun. dinner and Mon. lunch;
or, $30 for either.
CEU: .5 CEU available or Advanced Lay Speaking credit for the Monday Seminar.
